Retained as director of professional development by Pannone (then Pannone & Partners) 1991-1998

Head of Management Training, Central Law Training, 1996-1998

Advised Law Society of New South Wales on adaptation of ISO 9001 to law firms on visits to Australia in 1994/5

Approved trainer for the Law Society of England and Wales in the Lexcel scheme 1999-2007, and was the principal author of the major revisions to the standard in 2004

Advised Law Society of Singapore on the development of a quality management scheme ('Primelaw') 2003-2005

Advised numerous firms on successful quality scheme applications, including Irwin Mitchell, Cobbetts, HBJ Gateley Wareing, Penningtons, Michelmores and Martineau

Author and developer through Web4Law of CRQS, a quality and risk standard designed to passport to ISO 9001 if required and targeted at large commercial firms
